cannot be used as a permanent residence by any one person, they
can be used for holiday accommodation year round but no one person may stay in

one allocated parking space in the main car park, you would also be buying a
one sixth share of the communal areas (Front patio/lawn & garden, the courtyard

Q. How much am I likely to earn from the apartment
A. This is difficult to say and would depend how you choose to use the apartment
yourself. To maximise the revenue
you would be best to have maybe an early in the year holiday & another one late
in the year, then come to stay in any
un-sold periods up to a maximum of 90 days, please get in touch to discuss
figures.
Q. How would I market the apartment to future holiday makers
A. If required your apartment can stay on the La Pointe Farm website and we
would sell it for you
on commission, you could also get your own website and work with one or more
tour operators who specialise in
Channel Islands holidays
Q. How would I service the apartment for changeovers
A. We currently have arrangements in place and could discuss this further
Q. Are there any ongoing charges
A. There would be no management fee charged by us, there would be charges for
electric, water oil etc. you would also be required
to pay into a fund to pay for future expenses for maintaining the communal
areas, exterior of the buildings, insurance etc.
