only confirmed what we had known for a long time...
That La Pointe Farm is one of the island's leading

| Overall | Very modern, clean and simply presented.
An excellent provision all round. Brand new
conversions, the barns at La Pointe Farm are an excellent
presentation throughout. Each individual unit is
simply decorated, providing guests with the highest
quality fixtures and fittings. Plans to develop the rear courtyard and convert the
remaining outbuilding can only further substantiate the
awarded Deluxe grade. |
| Exterior | Recently converted, the barns are well
presented. Immaculate white exteriors, original stonework, and upvc doors/windows. A communal garden is available for all. Grounds well presented, lovely patio area, attractive stone garden furniture. |
| Living Rooms | All units are open plan. Simple clean lines, emulsion decor is immaculate. Suitable lighting levels, occasional lamps available, well positioned sockets. A laminated wood effect flooring has been laid out throughout the whole unit, colourful rugs give added comfort. Minimalist furnishings very much in keeping, attractive wooden shutters on the windows. Two seater sofas, quality dining room tables and chairs, well presented occasional furniture. Central heating throughout, thermostatic radiator valves on each. |
| Kitchen | Fully fitted kitchens, built in
appliances, an excellent presentation all round. Matching dinner service, quality saucepans, fully equipped with cookware and utensils, etc. |
| Bathroom | All brand new fitments, well equipped
with a bath shower facility, light shaver available, auto
venting. Useful adjustable mirror at wash hand basin. Clean fresh emulsion appropriately tiled at the fittings. Again an excellent presentation all round. |
| Bedrooms | Bedrooms are most comfortable, simply
presented and very modern. There are suitable lighting levels in each bedroom, reading lights at beds, dressing table lights and well positioned electrical sockets. Flooring is excellent, rugs at the bedside may prove warmer underfoot as discussed. Suitably furnished, uniform hangers, quality fitted bedroom furniture, exceptional beds. Beautifully presented bed linen, towels all bedding is protected. |
